Diane brings to her coaching over 10 years experience in a marketing and commercial environment within a FTSE 100 retailer. As a senior marketing manager she has led several high profile projects to drive significant growth for Argos, the most notable being the launch of a new Home catalogue which involved leading and motivating a cross functional team to deliver a 340 page publication within 16 weeks of approval. She was also responsible for leading a number of teams of people and many change projects achieving operational efficiencies and cost savings.

Diane has a reputation as a ‘developer’ of people having supported key individuals in the business to perform at their highest level. In 2005 one of her clients was awarded ‘Rising Star of the Year’ at the Retail Week awards.

Libby is an experienced coach and facilitator accredited by the institute of Human Development with over 15 years of success with FTSE 100 companies, including Argos Retail Group, Sainsbury’s, The Body Shop and Marks and Spencer. She has a wealth of experience in learning, development and management.

Libby is very perceptive and accomplished coach helping individuals and senior managers develop their performance and potential. A successful career in operational management led Libby into the field of coaching and training initially with The Body Shop. She has a successful track record as a Learning and Development Manager for both Sainsbury’s and Argos.

Her passion is for supporting individuals to achieve their vision and goals and identify and overcome barriers especially where they are deep seated. She has an ability to challenge and help clients maintain momentum to get positive results.

Libby is an NLP practitioner and is Myers Briggs qualified.

Jean is a Personal Development Coach accredited by the Institute of Human Development with extensive experience in one to one coaching.

Prior to setting up her professional coaching and HR Consultancy practice, Jean spent fifteen years in Human Resource Management, that included leading a number of teams and managing change projects within the Retail and Distribution industry. Jean has previously demonstrated her HR skill in Argos Ltd and Beiersdorf UK Ltd.

She has led a number of major Human Resources initiatives from redundancy projects, recruitment drives and restructures where coaching and sound HR skills have played a key part in a successful delivery. She is also an accredited Outplacement Consultant.

Jean specialises in supporting individuals and organisations to make significant transitions in their lives and work and her broader knowledge of the business environment makes her well placed to coach in a variety of areas.

Originally from Scotland, Jean lives in Bucks with her husband Paul and two children – Craig and Graeme.
